The PPJM , registered as intellectual property by Pereira & Cunha (2011), is an integrated methodology based on theoretical and practical models with proven efficacy in different organizational contexts, and built specifically for the Portuguese reality.

- psychosocial damage;
- organizational Damage;
- Psychological Health;
- Physical health;
- Violence, Bullying and Moobing in employment context.

Mainly focused on the questionnaire methodology, applied to all employees of the organizations, which are questions that focus primarily on how they feel and perceive the organization, its requirements, and their skills to the tasks that are responsible also not forget the organizational analysis, by proceeding to a detailed study of the procedures required profile and organization, thus, after comparison with the results obtained by employees, one can develop a global scheme inherent in the organization with the information from the various perspectives which it encloses.

The evaluation and diagnosis focuses on a single point and is made electronically, and the employee who participates has access to a summary of its results, and the organization to a full report on the total results of the respondents.
